How to Get There from the Romantic Zone
Reaching this visual paradise is an adventure in itself. You have two main ways to get there:
- The Hiking Route (For the Active Traveler): If you enjoy a good morning workout, you can hike up from the main highway. It’s a moderate trail of about 2.6 miles (4.2 km) round trip with an elevation gain of 900 feet. You’ll tackle approximately 98 stone steps and winding mountain paths. Expect a 20 to 40-minute trek that rewards you with fresh jungle air and incredible scenery.
- By Taxi or Uber (The Scenic Comfort): Simply request a ride to the “upper public entrance of Conchas Chinas.” From the drop-off point in the residential area, the walk to the primary vista is much shorter, leaving you with plenty of energy (and no sweat) for your photo session.

- Difficulty: Moderate. We recommend sneakers or hiking sandals—leave the flip-flops for the beach.
- Essentials: Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and make sure your phone or camera is fully charged.
