Despite COVID, we had another wonderful stay at The Pinnacle 180. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and cared for every need we had. They took extra caution to ensure we were safe such as limiting the gym usage to 4 people at a time, social distancing at the pool, etc. We stayed at one of the Andrew Christian penthouses and loved it. I wound even consider buying a unit at the Pinnacle 180 given how well cared for they are and their fantastic location.

Beautiful surroundings with a nice view. Great and fast customer service. Very clean and big rooms. Rented out the jacuzzi with a king bed for a few nights. Planning to stay here a lot on my trips to Puerto Vallarta. Recommend to everyone!

Even in a pandemic, this was an amazing place. Great service and always felt clean and safe. The views are absolutely unbeatable. The staff is always top-notch and friendly. The condo was spacious and so comfortable.

La calidad del servicio hizo una gran diferencia en nuestra estancia en Pinnacle. El personal siempre amable y con una sonrisa genuina creó la gran diferencia entre aquellos lugares que se denominan exclusivos y los que realmente lo son tal y como lo es Pinnacle.

¡Me encantó este sitio! las habitaciones tienen un diseño muy estético, son muy amplias y están muy bien equipadas con cocina y cuarto de lavado. El edificio está muy cerca de la playa y de muy buenos restaurantes. Las vistas a la bahía son el toque especial; es fascinante sentarse al balcón a observar el atardecer. El personal es muy atento y servicial. En concreto reúne todo lo necesario para una estancia inolvidable. Volvería una y otra vez, lo recomiendo totalmente.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas y confortables, las camas muy comodas, pude dormir mejor que en casa. El estilo y decoración de muy buen gusto, el servicio excelente, una vista increíble y sobre todo ¡excelentes tarifas!

Best place I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are huge, with all accommodations, including washer, dryer, full kitchen and beautiful ocean view! The staff helped with everything.

I’m not sure I’ve ever gotten a better night’s sleep! Accommodations exceeded our expectations and the view was a great way to start and end each day.
