One of our favorites doesn’t even require a walk, just a quick trip down on our own “Pinnicular” (a funicular for easy access to our neighborhood), will take you right to one of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta – The Swedes Bar & Bistro.
Since 2009, owner Morgan Granander has been providing his guests with a delicious menu of Northern European and international cuisine, served with attentive and polished service in either the intimate and sophisticated dining room or upstairs at the lively rooftop bar area.
Some menu favorites are the Norwegian Salmon and the Rack of Lamb, but if you are feeling a little more casual, you can’t go wrong with one of their famous Morgan Burgers. Be sure to also check out the cocktail menu for some fun hand-crafted mixed drinks or peruse the thoughtfully chosen wine list.
