The perfect patio cocktail should be quick, easy and delicious and here are 3 of our favorites:
1) Vodka Splendor
1 part high quality vodka
2 parts fresh pineapple juice
1 squeeze of lime
Pour over ice and enjoy
2) Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco
3 cups prosecco, chilled
1 cup limoncello liqueur, chilled
1 cup raspberries
6 sprigs fresh mint
In a large pitcher, mix prosecco and limoncello, pour over raspberries.
3) Tequila Sunrise Mimosa
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup blanco Tequila
1/4 cup grenadine syrup
Mix orange, pineapple juice and Tequila. Pour into champagne flutes and top with grenadine, allowing to settle before serving.
